My home has everything you need. On the first floor there is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and laundry room. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen bed, a balcony, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. There is also a full bath on the second floor.
Note on Florida Housing Market. I am a long term homeowner and am current on my mortgage, HOA dues, and utility bills. This is an important consideration for renters at this time. You want to make sure the home you are renting is not owned by the bank when you arrive, and that the utilities are not shut-off due to non-payment of bills. I suggest you ask owners these questions.
